WatchesAndBeyond.com will gladly exchange or refund any unworn and undamaged item with all original packaging materials. All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and be returned to WatchesAndBeyond.com within 15 days of receipt of the original purchase. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Any item returned without an RMA # is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If, at any time during that period, you are not completely satisfied, return your purchase for a full refund excluding the original shipping expenses, or exchange! NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

The items being returned must be shipped back with insurance at the full value of the item being returned, at the customer’s expense.

All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations and wear.

Refunds
In case of a return, a refund will be issued to the Customer for the full amount of the returned item excluding the original shipping expenses. The same also applies for an exchange with a balance due to the customer. 

For purchases paid by a credit card the customers account will be credited within 3 business days of return receipt. For all other forms of payment a refund by corporate check will be issued within 3 business days.

Items that are special orders or have been altered may not be returned or exchanged.
