Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We
stand behind every purchase you make at WatchesAndBeyond.com,
and every transaction must result in a pleasant, convenient and
successful shopping experience.
WatchesAndBeyond.com
offers a 15 day customer satisfaction guarantee. Customers may return
any item for any reason within the 15-day period.
Warranty
As
Wholesalers, we have the opportunity to provide you with brand name
watches at prices far lower than any Authorized Dealer can give
you. While the merchandise is 100% authentic, since we are not
Authorized Distributors for many brands, the warranty of the watches may
or may not be covered by the Manufacturer. In cases where it is, a
manufacturer's warranty card will be issued & stamped by an
Authorized Dealer. Warranty service should be handled directly
between the customer and manufacturer. A WatchesAndBeyond Warranty
will not be supplied when the watch comes with with a manufacturer
original endorsed warranty card. In cases where it would not be
covered under the Manufacturers Warranty, the warranty of the watches is
provided by WatchesAndBeyond and not by the manufacturer. See our
warranty section bellow for details.
WatchesAndBeyond.com Warranty
WatchesAndBeyond.com
will service every watch sold on our website and does not come with the
Manufacturers Warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase.
While the merchandise is 100% authentic, since we are not authorized
dealers, the warranty of the watch may be provided by WatchesAndBeyond
and not by the manufacturer. We have been in the watch business
for over 20 years and stand behind the products we sell. Our watch
repairmen are very experienced and have been repairing all types of
watches ranging from cheaper brands up to the most high-end brands of
watches for many years.
WatchesAndBeyond provides warranty coverage for any
malfunction of the watch movement and battery replacement. Our warranty
does not cover "external damage" to the product.
WatchesAndBeyond.com does not service watches with any damages resulting
from wear to the case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel,
straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other
physical damage to the watch. This limited warranty does not cover
any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used
under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer's water resistance
guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not
recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.
All warranty repairs are valid only at
WatchesAndBeyond.com. Watch repairs or service by someone other
than WatchesAndBeyond.com will void all warranties. All shipping
and insurance costs for warranty returns to WatchesAndBeyond.com are to
be paid by the customer.
All warranty returns must obtain a RA#, Rpair
Authorization number, by contacting us at 1-866-593-8525. The RA#
must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package and be shipped
insured via a trackable method to:

Alterations, Sizing & Repairs
Although WatchesAndBeyond.com
offers only the finest quality products, from time to time some service
or repair may be necessary. For
alterations, sizing or repairs please contact our customer service
department.
Returns/Exchanges
WatchesAndBeyond.com will gladly exchange or
refund any unworn and undamaged item with all original packaging
materials. All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number and be returned to WatchesAndBeyond.com within 15 days of receipt
of the original purchase. The RMA number must be clearly written on the
outside of the package or it will not be accepted.
The items being returned must be shipped back
with insurance at the full value of the item being returned, at the
customer’s expense.

All
merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations
and wear.
Refunds
In case of a return, a
refund will be issued to the Customer for the full amount of the
returned item excluding the original shipping expenses. The same also
applies for an exchange with a balance due to the customer.
For purchases paid
by a credit card the customers account will be credited within 3
business days of return receipt. For all other forms of payment a refund
by corporate check will be issued within 3 business days.
Items that are special orders or have been
altered may not be returned or exchanged.

All orders for items that
are in stock are usually shipped within 2 business days of collection of
payment. In the event an
item is out of stock the customer will be notified via e-mail as to the
estimated time of delivery. No charges will be made to credit cards and
no checks will be deposited unless the customer agrees to the delay and
the item is in stock and ready to be shipped. We guarantee that items will be shipped within 2 business days of
collection of payment.
Once an order has been shipped, an e-mail
will be sent to the customer containing the shipment information
(Carrier, and tracking #, if any). All packages will usually be shipped via UPS. However, in some
cases we might use other carriers like FedEx or US Mail. All packages
require an adult signature and delivery cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.
